Project 52: Sleeping | Suzi Pix Photography | Cincinnati Pet Photographer

Week 25 of professional pet photography blog circle Project 52 tasked us with the theme of "sleeping." Now, you think it would be easy to get a picture of a dog sleeping, since they do it so much, but not Mr. Bojangles. Mr. Bojangles is hyper aware of me at all times, so I can't really sneak up on him while he's sleeping, because he is immediately aware that I'm there and is no longer sleeping. So, I did the best I could with him staked out on "his" bed, where he spends a lot of the day (good for sleeping and guarding the house from interlopers).

If we ever have another sleeping theme, I'll use Stella, it's the only time she "poses" for pictures. LOL!

Now, to see more sleeping pets, head over to Trina Bauer Photography, State College, PA, and then around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here.

If you'd like to book a session for your pet (sleeping or otherwise) use the hot pink "BOOK NOW" button to the right of this post or drop us a line at suzi [at] suzipix.com or give us a call at 513-288-1650.

Marianne, yes, he opens them as soon as I come close (and usually gets up to see me). I had to sit on the floor and wait for his eyes to droop a bit.

Suzi, you have the same problem I have... almost impossible to catch our pups sleeping since they are always on alert. Even Mr. B has that one eye peeled slightly open!
