Oops! Technology is great when it works, but not so great when it doesn't. Come back a little later (UPDATE BELOW THE PICTURE) to see our post for Week 26 of professional pet photography blog circle Project 52 and the theme of "shadowed." Our internet has been down since Tuesday and we haven't been able to get our post together yet. In the meantime, head over to Trina Bauer Photography in State College, PA, and then around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here...hopefully we will be up and running by then.
To get you prepped for the "shadowed" theme, here is a picture from last year that features some nifty shadows.
UPDATE: So, our theme for Week 26 was "shadowed". The picture above from another blog project last year shows strong shadows of Mr. Bojangles created by the positioning of the lights. My image below, the one for this week, brings Mr. Bojangles out of the shadows by filling in with flash (the horrors, I used it on camera). This could also be a continuation of last week's theme of sleeping, because he was, once again, captured in his favorite daytime spot...the bed. You can see how he has one ear turned out towards the window, because there is some contracting work going on outside.
