Project 52: Letters or Numbers | Suzi Pix Photography | Cincinnati Pet Photographer

Week 20 of professional pet photography blog circle Project 52 finds us with the theme of "letters or numbers." I must confess, I found this week's theme to be really difficult. After the high of last week's theme, I came down to reality with a dull thud of trying to figure out what the heck to do. I thought about it every day since we got the theme and drew a blank...until yesterday. At first I thought I was going to take Mr. Bojangles out and photograph him with things that look like the  letters of his name, but decided that since I'd waited until the day I had to write my post and process my images, that I just didn't have enough time (I think the letter art is cool and it's on my "to do" list). Then...a light bulb. I finally figured out how I was going to interpret the theme.

I decided that instead of taking the theme literally with actual letters or numbers, I would interpret it a little differently. I decided that Mr. Bojangles would be a man...well, okay, a dog of letters. After all, he is the smartest dog on the planet (no, I'm not at all biased). A man of letters (heck, it can be a woman of letters, too) is a scholar or author. While Mr. Bojangles hasn't written a book yet (he will one of these days soon), he is definitely a scholar with his daily motivational quotes he posts on his Facebook page. What's that? Of course he does it all by himself...he is the smartest dog on the planet.

Now to see more of the theme "letters or numbers," head over to Spotty Nose Pet Photography, Los Angeles, California, and then around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here.

Mr. Bojanges looks very scholarly. Nice interpertation of the theme this week.

Thanks! I bought this cap last year for photos and never used it, so it helped me decide what to do. Also perfect for this time of year. :D

I had the same thought for this theme too, but couldn't find a graduation cap! It was one of more challenging themes, great job on this!
